Justin Ramsey possesses extensive experience in utility management, civil affairs, and military leadership. Currently serving as Installation Manager at City Light & Power, Inc., Justin oversees a significant utility contract and leads teams in infrastructure maintenance and fleet management. As a Project Manager, Justin directed a substantial portfolio of projects, ensuring timely and quality delivery. In the United States Army Reserve, Justin holds leadership roles as Plans Officer and Company Commander, managing personnel and operational resources. Previous experience includes ownership of Ram's View Aeronautics, where Justin specialized in aerial photography, and various leadership positions within the US Army, focusing on logistics and team development. Justin holds a Bachelor of Science from the United States Military Academy at West Point and a Master of Science in Project Management from the University of Alaska Anchorage.
