Elizabeth Ren has extensive work experience in various leadership and finance roles. Elizabeth is currently the Chief Executive Officer at City Kitch, a position they have held since 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Executive Vice President of Finance at the American Sustainable Business Network from 2022 to 2023. From 2018 to 2022, Elizabeth worked as the Senior Director of Growth Initiatives and M&A Integration at AvidXchange, Inc. Before that, they established and led their own business, POP UP Supper Shop, as CEO and Founder from 2015 to 2017. Elizabeth also held the position of Finance Lead for the Global Accessories and Equipment Business at Under Armour in 2012 and worked as Assistant Vice President of Finance at Vertis Communications from 2009 to 2012.

Elizabeth Ren completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Yale University between 1996 and 2000. Elizabeth later pursued a Master of Business Administration with a specialization in Operations Strategy from The Wharton School from 2004 to 2006. In 2013 to 2015, Elizabeth attended Johnson & Wales University, where they studied Culinary Arts. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the Google Ads Search Certification in 2022, the Certified M&A Integration (CM&AI) in 2021, and the Certified Product Marketer (Foundations, Market, Launch & Price) in 2019.
