Anniek Koster has a diverse work experience, starting in 2016 as a Medewerker Bediening at 't Zeepaartje. In 2017, they joined Mise en Place as a Jobcoach until 2019. During this time, they also worked as a Medewerker Verkoopklaar at Albert Heijn from 2015 to 2017.

In 2018, Anniek became a Medewerker Bediening at Hotel Graaf Bernstorff, where they worked until 2019. The following year, they became the Penningmeester of Sv. Io Vivat Nostrorum Sanitas, leading the Hotelschoolvereniging of NHL Stenden. Anniek'sresponsibilities included managing finances, overseeing the administration, and coordinating a building renovation project.

Anniek then joined Creative Valley in 2020 as a Management Trainee, where they worked until 2021. Anniek'srole involved various tasks related to providing high-quality workspaces, service offices, and meeting concepts.

Between 2021 and 2023, Anniek worked as a Service medewerker at Hotel Jansen. Anniek recently started working as an Operations Accountant at City ID in 2023.

Anniek Koster's education history began in 2016 when they enrolled at NHL Stenden and pursued a Bachelor's degree in International Hospitality Management. Anniek continued their studies at NHL Stenden until 2021.

In 2019, Anniek also attended the Panyapiwatt Institute of Management for a Minor degree in Integrated Digital Marketing. This program lasted for one year.

In 2021, Anniek started their Master's degree in Financieel Management at Nyenrode Business University. Anniek is expected to complete this program in 2023.

Anniek has also obtained additional certifications. In January 2023, they participated in the John Molson MBA International Case Competition.
