Alroy Lam is a Business Intelligence Analyst at Baldor Specialty Foods, Inc., since January 2024, leveraging extensive experience in data management and analysis. Previously, Alroy held multiple roles at City Harvest, culminating in the position of Senior Analyst in Business Intelligence, where responsibilities included team management, strategic data tracking, and dashboard creation using PowerBI and Excel. Alroy has also served as a volunteer team leader for New York Cares and contributed to various roles in operations and analytics at City Harvest, developing expertise in ETL processes, SQL, and Excel automation. Alroy holds a Master of Science in Quantitative Methods and Modeling and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Investments from Baruch College.
