Pamela Isla Ortiz is an experienced professional in education and project management with a strong focus on inclusion and diversity. Currently serving as a Product Coordinator at City & Guilds since June 2022, Ortiz previously founded and directed Derriba Fronteras, where a multidisciplinary team of 25 was assembled to combat racism and discrimination in Chilean schools. Ortiz's project management expertise was further developed at KAPOW LEARNING SOLUTIONS LIMITED, leading a business program in Dubai, and at Elige Educar, where leadership was provided for a nationwide intervention program aimed at transforming the educational system in Chile. A Bachelor of Education was earned at Universidad Alberto Hurtado, followed by a Master of Arts in International Studies in Education from the University of Birmingham.
