Tom Penny is an experienced coaching professional currently serving as the CFS Senior Coaching Manager at City Football Group since August 2023. Previously, Tom held the position of CFS Assistant Head Coach Abu Dhabi at Manchester City Football Club from July 2022 to August 2023. Tom's extensive background includes serving as the International Academy Technical Director in Hong Kong for Liverpool Football Club from July 2018 to July 2022, where responsibilities included overseeing the LFC Academy and developing programs in alignment with budgetary and business strategies. Earlier roles include coaching at Manchester City Football Club and delivering football sessions for The Football Association. Tom holds degrees in Physical Education, Sports and Exercise, as well as History from Barrow Sixth Form College.
