Shawn Steen is the founder of Imprint Pediatric Therapy LLC, established in November 2018, providing center-based ABA therapy for children with autism in Columbus and surrounding areas. With extensive experience in event planning and volunteer management at City Church since August 2011, Shawn has successfully overseen large events, secured corporate sponsorships, and developed volunteer training materials. Previous roles include Chief Operating Officer at Reach High Consulting and Therapy, where responsibilities included operational oversight and strategic management, as well as contributing as an Outreach Coordinator and Clinical Coordinator at various organizations. Shawn began a career in education as a Special Education Teacher at Rogers Elementary School, employing adaptive techniques for students with special needs. Education includes a degree in Non-Profit Management and Fundraising from Indiana University Bloomington.
