Jana Simovic currently serves as the Web News Director and College Radio DJ at Radio DePaul, a position held since January 2022. Additionally, Jana is the Assistant Multimedia Editor and a Contributing Writer for 14 East Magazine, a role started in January 2023. As a Documenter for City Bureau since April 2023, Jana notes and publishes details from city-wide public meetings for public access. Jana also contributes articles to The DePaulia and works as a Dog Walker for Rover.com, managing a self-scheduled routine alongside academic commitments as a full-time Journalism student at DePaul University, where studies are ongoing from 2020 to 2024. Previous experience includes a role as a Food Server at Poke Rainbow and as a Staff and Content Writing Intern at the Belgrade Center for Human Rights in 2019.
