Wassila George is a Learning and Development Partner at the City and County of San Francisco since April 2023, previously serving as Assistant Director at the University of California, Santa Cruz from May 2017 to April 2023, where responsibilities included strategic oversight, stakeholder liaison, and training curriculum development. Prior experience includes roles such as Resident Director at Marist College, where management and crisis intervention for 5,000 students were key duties; Institute for Pluralism Intern at Nazareth College, focusing on student organization project oversight; and Graduate Assistant positions at both Nazareth College and SUNY Geneseo, contributing to student mentoring programs and multicultural services. Wassila holds a Master of Science in Higher Education Student Affairs Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, both from Nazareth University.
