Kimberly Gibney is a Senior Human Resources Analyst for the City and County of San Francisco, with a tenure beginning in August 2014. In this role, Kimberly leads various HR activities including recruitment, employee relations, classification, compensation, benefits administration, and HR operations. Kimberly has held multiple positions within the organization, starting from the Payroll Clerk role and progressing through to senior analyst roles, demonstrating a solid foundation in payroll processing and personnel management. Previous experience includes a Customer Account Representative role at American Honda Finance Corporation, and a Temporary Associate position at Accountemps, where Kimberly excelled in collections and credit risk management.
