Fredrick Smally, M.S., currently serves as a Law Enforcement Specialist with the City and County of San Francisco since February 2019 and also holds a position in law enforcement with Charlie Company since February 2016. Fredrick's extensive experience includes roles such as Program Ambassador for the USC MS in Criminal Justice program and Treasurer at Officers For Justice. Prior to these positions, Fredrick worked as an EMT at ProTransport-1 and a Gas Engineer Estimator at Pacific Gas and Electric Company. From 2008 to 2015, Fredrick was a Group Home Counselor at Mary's Help Inc., focusing on therapeutic services for youth. Additionally, Fredrick volunteered with Big Brother Big Sisters. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Criminal Justice from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology from Benedictine College. Fredrick also holds a POST Certificate and an Associate of Arts in Criminology.
