Kevin Lwango is an experienced Program Administrator at the City and County of Denver, where responsibilities include authoring a successful grant proposal for the ReCAST federal program. Previous roles include Site Manager for the Immigrant Reception and Processing Center, where protocols for migrant registration were designed and a resettlement program was managed, and Social Caseworker, providing case management for individuals and families facing homelessness. Kevin's experience also encompasses positions at The Delores Project, where support and direct services were provided in permanent supportive housing, and at the Center for Justice Innovation, where a trauma-informed initiative for at-risk young men was managed.
