Aaron Chaleff is a consultant at Harmer since June 2024 and also serves as a lifeguard for the City and County of Denver. Prior experience includes roles as regional controller at All Aboard America! Holdings, contractor at EnergyCAP, LLC, and accounting manager at YES! Communities. Aaron's previous positions extend to technical accounting analyst at Pinnacol Assurance, controller at LionTree, and associate in finance and accounting at Moelis & Company. In addition, experience as a senior accountant at The SDDCO Group involved working with FINRA-registered Broker/Dealers and training new hires, while Aaron began the professional journey as an intern at AG Semiconductor Services, LLC. Aaron holds a BA in Economics and History from Tufts University and an MS in Accounting from Baruch College, with additional studies at The University of Hong Kong.
