Clelia McVay has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. From January 2021 to May 2021, they worked as a Contractor in Public Health for the City and County of Broomfield. In June 2021, they transitioned to the role of Workforce Specialist - Business Services within the same organization.

Prior to their work in Broomfield, Clelia spent seven months at Hannibal Technologies LLC as a member of the Litigation Services team in 2020.

From January 2017 to July 2019, they worked as the Director of Events & Programs for the Metro North Chamber of Commerce.

Before that, Clelia held a long-term position at Happy Family Brands (Nurture Inc) from January 2009 to December 2017 as a Marketing Specialist.

In addition, they worked as an Event Specialist for the City of Federal Heights from June 2015 to December 2016.

Clelia McVay holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Marketing from Providence College. Their education history also includes participation in the Broomfield Chamber of Commerce Leadership Program from 2020 to 2021. Additionally, they have obtained numerous certifications from LinkedIn in various areas such as human resources, onboarding, self-leadership, managing up and across the organization, and fostering inclusive language at work. These certifications were obtained between 2021 and 2022.
