Susan Gamelkoorn is an experienced business and information analyst with a strong background in content solutions and project management. Currently employed at Cito as a Business-/informatieanalist IVIT since July 2020, Susan specializes in gathering requirements, translating them into epics and features, and coordinating with stakeholders throughout project phases. Previously, at ThiemeMeulenhoff, Susan held various roles including Consultant Content Solutions, where responsibilities included the development of content management systems and the implementation of content publication processes.
