Kim Gunsel is a seasoned insurance professional with extensive experience in claims management and field operations. Currently serving as the Field Operations Sinkhole Manager at Citizens Property Insurance since November 2012, Kim oversees insurance claim field operations specifically for sinkhole cases across Central Florida. Prior to this role, Kim held various positions at Citizens Property Insurance Corporation, including Claims Field Operations Supervisor, and has also worked with Poe Financial Group, Insurance Management Solutions Group, The St. Paul Insurance Company, and other organizations in roles such as Field Ops Manager, Outside Training Specialist, Claim Examiner, and Claim Specialist. Kim holds an Associate degree in Claims Management from the American Institute for Chartered Property Casualty Underwriters and has been involved in managing high severity losses as well as training insurance agents and clients.
