Tim Honaker has extensive experience in risk management and vendor management within the banking sector. Currently, Tim has held the role of Vendor Management at Citizens Bank since May 2017, after serving as a Senior Risk Manager from May 2015 to March 2017, focusing on risk oversight for the Home Mortgage line of business. Prior to joining Citizens Bank, Tim was at SunTrust Mortgage for nearly two decades, where responsibilities included managing credit risk oversight and third-party risk management. Tim's career began at SunTrust Bank, managing audit teams and overseeing complex audits, and further includes experience as a Bank Examiner at the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond. Tim holds a BS in Finance from Virginia Tech and has completed the Audit Management program at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
