Shirin Kondapalli is an experienced professional in agile project management, currently serving as Chief Scrum Master at Citizens since January 2020. Prior to this role, Shirin held the position of Scrum Master at Isecure Payments from April 2019 to January 2020. Additionally, Shirin worked at the U.S. Department of State as the US Citizen Services Lead from November 2008 to April 2019. Shirin earned a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from Acharya Nagarjuna University between 1996 and 2000.
