Jeremy Rizzo is an experienced executive in consumer lending and credit card strategies, currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Consumer Lending Digital Strategy at Citizens since December 2024. Prior to this role, Jeremy held multiple leadership positions at USAA from January 2021 to November 2024, including Head of Credit Card Portfolio Engagement and Cardholder Benefits, as well as Head of Credit Card Portfolio Growth Strategy, Execution, and Oversight. Jeremy's prior experience includes roles at Ally, Bank of America, Hearst, and KPMG, focusing on product strategy and management in various capacities. Jeremy holds both a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Decision and Information Sciences from the University of Florida's Warrington College of Business.
