Eileen Morris serves as Treasury CFO and SVP at Citizens Bank since June 2012, previously holding the position of SVP, Finance Director Consumer Lending. From May 2006 to June 2012, Eileen was Controller and Director of Financial Management at The Education Resources Institute, overseeing accounting policy, tax, treasury, and management reporting for a major non-profit organization. Eileen's earlier experience includes a Vice President role at Bank of America (FleetBoston) from 1997 to May 2006, where responsibilities included financial business partnership with key banking divisions. Eileen holds a BS in Business & Accounting from Bentley University, where studies were completed between 1984 and 1986.
