Olivia Hawbaker is a seasoned professional in the engineering field with over a decade of experience, currently serving as the Manager of Engineering for Water and Wastewater Capital Planning and System Renewal at Citizens Energy Group since June 2013. In this role, Olivia oversees capital planning for water distribution and wastewater collection systems, collaborating closely with the Underground Engineering & Construction Group. Prior to this position, Olivia held various roles at Citizens Energy Group, including Project Manager focused on the Federal Combined Sewer Overflow Consent Decree and Project Engineer within the Special Projects Group. Earlier experience includes a Civil Engineer I position at ARCADIS, where Olivia worked on storm sewer investigations and treatment plant evaluations, as well as an internship at Corning, Inc. delivering analysis for emissions product testing. Olivia holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Purdue University and has also studied at the University of Canterbury.
