T. Todd Elvins PhD is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in climate policy advocacy and engineering. Currently serving as the National Actions Director for Citizens' Climate Lobby since June 2017, Elvins also operates as the CEO of Elvins Consulting Services, providing valuable consulting to businesses and non-profit organizations since 2011. Previous roles include Vice President positions at Pacific Integrated Energy, Inc. and PacketVideo, along with significant contributions as an Entrepreneur in Residence at Connect and a member of the Board of Advisors at NetSapiens. Elvins co-founded Indicast Corporation, which was acquired by Oracle Corporation, where Elvins served as Product Director. Notable earlier experience includes a Principal Manager position at the San Diego Supercomputer Center. Educational credentials include a PhD in Computer Engineering from UC San Diego, an MS from the University of Utah, and dual degrees (BA in Business Economics and BS in Computer Science) from UC Santa Barbara.
