Billy Dion Mullins serves as the Executive Vice President and Chief Credit Officer at Citizens Bank of Kentucky, Inc. since November 2016, also holding the title of Bluegrass Regional President. Prior to this role, Billy Dion Mullins worked as Vice President of Commercial Lending at Winchester Federal Bank from June 2014 to 2016.
