Elisa Arensi has over 15 years of experience in procurement and supply chain management. Elisa began their career as a Junior Project Manager at JAGGAER in 2006. Elisa later joined Xchanging as a Sourcing Manager at L'Oréal Italy. In 2015, they moved to Generali, where they served as a Global Category Manager for Indirects, managing strategic sourcing projects across multiple countries. Most recently, Elisa worked at citizenM hotels, initially as a Procurement Manager and later as the Head of Procurement - Building Domain, focusing on strategic engagement, risk minimization, and developing a sustainable supplier ecosystem.

Elisa Arensi obtained a Master's degree in Business Management from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in the years 2002-2007. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications in areas such as negotiation, project management, and communication between 2022 and 2023.
