Ana Oleart Rabanal currently serves as a Junior Talent Scout at citizenM hotels, focusing on recruitment for the Nordic Region. Previously, Ana held various roles at Leiden University, including Talent & Culture Coordinator Intern, podcast host, and member of multiple committees representing the Media Studies and International Studies student bodies. Ana's responsibilities included planning and hosting podcast episodes, aiding in syllabus creation, and mentoring first-year students. Additionally, Ana coordinated a student volunteering project at Careibu, establishing connections between seniors and students. Ana is pursuing a Master's degree in International Relations and has completed another Master's in Media Studies, along with a Bachelor's degree in International Studies from Leiden University.
