James Alford is an experienced professional with a robust background in implementation, client services, and project management across various companies in the financial services industry. Currently serving as an Independent Consultant at Citisoft since November 2022, James has also held significant roles including Head of Implementation Delivery at SS&C Technologies, Director of EDM at IHS Markit, and Principal Consultant at Citisoft. Prior experience includes key positions at State Street and Omgeo, where achievements involved managing client relationships, overseeing project management, and driving continuous process improvements. James began career in client relations at Thomson Financial ESG after earning a BA in Economics with a Minor in English from Syracuse University.
