Yun-ni Chen, CFA, FRM, currently serves as the Head of Asset Allocation at Citi since February 2022. Prior to this role, Yun-ni was the Chief Investment Officer at CIT Bank from January 2017 to January 2022, overseeing funding and investment strategies. Previous experience includes serving as Executive Director and Senior Fixed Income Portfolio Manager at Morgan Stanley from July 2009 to January 2017, and holding senior vice president positions at OneWest Bank and IndyMac Bank between February 2003 and June 2009. Yun-ni's career began at Freddie Mac, where responsibilities included managing interest rate risk from December 1996 to March 2003. Yun-ni holds an MBA and completed high school education.
