Yoonsook Jeon has over 24 years of experience in risk modeling within the financial services sector, currently serving as the Head of Retail Services Risk Modeling at Citi since August 1999. In this role, Yoonsook leads the development and implementation of custom statistical and machine learning models, evaluates vendor-developed models, and conducts fair lending analytics, focusing on various aspects of customer life cycle risk management. Prior to this position, Yoonsook worked as an Assistant Manager at Cendant, where responsibilities included statistical model development for marketing campaigns. Yoonsook holds a Ph.D. and an MS in Statistics from Iowa State University, and a BS in Statistics from Ewha Womans University.
