Virginie Dhouibi is an accomplished finance and project management professional with extensive experience in the payments and treasury services sectors. Currently, Virginie serves as the Global Head of Instant Payments and Global Head of Payments Transformation at Citi since October 2022. Prior to this, Virginie worked at JPMorgan Chase & Co. from September 2012 to October 2022, holding roles such as Head of Country Product Management for CEEMEA and Payments Product Manager in Treasury Services. Virginie's earlier experience includes positions at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Marsh - CSStars, Dell, Hewlett-Packard, Air Liquide, and Alcatel, where Virginie developed expertise in project management, product management, and strategic expansion initiatives. Virginie holds a Master's degree in Information Systems and Project Management from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne.
