Souad Khashouf El-fakih is an experienced professional in the financial services sector, currently serving as SVP and Head of T&E Product Management & PDS for Commercial Cards in Europe and the UK at Citi, and previously as SVP for Commercial Cards T&E Product Management across EMEA. Prior experience includes leadership roles such as Head of Cards Business at Bank Audi and Vice President in Client Management and Issuing and Loyalty Products at Network International. Souad also held the position of Marketing Manager for the Consumer Banking Group at the National Bank of Abu Dhabi and served as Product Development Manager for Retail Cards at Emirates NBD. Souad Khashouf El-fakih holds a Masters of Science in Marketing from the University of Liverpool, conferred between 2009 and 2012.
