Sharad Joshi currently serves as the Managing Director in Technology Infrastructure, Production Support and Technology Risk at Citi, where the primary responsibility includes leading the global risk and control team to enhance technology infrastructure risks and controls. Prior to this role at Citi, Sharad Joshi was the Managing Director for Digital Services and Governance at The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC), where efforts centered on digital transformation and process improvement. Sharad Joshi's extensive background includes senior positions in IT governance, risk management, and test engineering at DTCC, as well as technology leadership roles at Birlasoft, Capgemini, and Siemens. Educational qualifications include participation in the Securities Industry Institute at The Wharton School, an Executive Master's degree in Technology Management from Columbia University, and a BE in Electrical Engineering from the Malaviya National Institute of Technology Jaipur.
