Saïda Chakri serves as the COO for Markets Switzerland and The Nordics at Citibank, overseeing governance and control for Citigroup Global Markets in Europe since December 2013. Prior roles include Global Regulatory Transformation Head and Director of Business Risk & Control for Citi Commercial Bank, managing risk and compliance across 11 APAC jurisdictions. Saïda also held positions as SVP of Financial Crime Compliance and VP of Global Quality Assurance at Citibank, promoting effective audit practices and addressing financial crime-related risks. Previously, Saïda was President of MorCham Singapore and held various internal audit roles at RBS Markets and International Banking, RBS Coutts Bank, and Global Supply Chain Finance. Saïda possesses an MBA from the University of Liverpool, along with several professional certifications in fraud examination and anti-money laundering.
