Rachael Erijo is a seasoned professional with significant experience in the financial services industry, currently serving as Vice President and Global Cross Border Payments Commercialization Manager at Citi since October 2019. Rachael has held various roles at Citi, including responsibilities in Global Digital Strategy & Client Experience and Residential Real Estate Client Services. Prior to Citi, Rachael worked at LEADWAY PENSURE PFA LIMITED as a Senior in Enterprise Applications Support and IT Service Management between December 2015 and September 2019. Earlier experience includes positions at Oando Plc as a Business Information Coordinator and Technical Assistant in the Office of the CIO from January 2014 to October 2015, and as a Project Manager and Business Analyst at SEAMFIX from September 2012 to December 2013. Rachael holds a degree from the University of Port Harcourt, completed in 2010.
