Petsy Tsoi is an experienced professional in risk management and compliance, currently serving as the APAC Head of Customer Protection and Market Practices Risk in the 1LoD Markets COO at Citi since May 2023. Prior to this role, Petsy held various positions at HSBC from September 2010 to May 2023, including Head of Non-Financial Risk for Wholesale Banking in Singapore and Head of the Chief Control Office for Global Banking Singapore. Additionally, Petsy has expertise from previous roles at Westpac, St.George Bank, EY, and PwC, encompassing audit management and financial services oversight. Petsy holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance from Monash University and is a member of CPA Australia.
