Paula L Raphael currently serves as the Head of Program Management for O&T CIO Technology Infrastructure and Data Services at Citi, where responsibilities include directing strategic planning and implementation of database systems to optimize performance and security in alignment with organizational goals. Prior experience includes roles such as Senior Vice President and Chief of Staff at Amtel LLC, Program Manager and Workforce Management at Rent-A-Center, and various positions focused on workforce optimization and analysis at RadioShack, Blockbuster, and Capital One. Paula is a veteran of the US Army, having served as a Chemical Operations Specialist. Educational background includes a Bachelor's Degree in Religious Studies from Paul Quinn College and a Master of Business Administration from SMU Cox School of Business.
