Oscar Garces is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in data center operations and IT engineering. Since December 2006, Oscar has served as Senior Vice President at Citi, leading significant projects such as the migration of over $60 million worth of compute, storage, and network equipment to a new Data Center in Rutherford, NJ. Oscar has also designed advanced IT lab facilities and managed server installations and configurations for numerous data centers. Previous experience includes a role as Network Services Specialist at Merck & Co. Inc from September 2005 to May 2006. Oscar holds an MBA and a Master's degree in Management Information Systems from Stevens Institute of Technology, alongside a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering.
