Leslie (Wexler) Scott is an accomplished human resources executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across prominent financial institutions. Currently, Leslie serves as Managing Director and Head of HR Services at Citi, following tenure as Global CAO of Human Resources. Prior to Citi, Leslie held several key positions at Morgan Stanley, including Managing Director, Global CAO of Investment Banking, Global Head of Talent Management, and Global Head of HR for Investment Banking and Global Capital Markets. Earlier experience includes roles as a Senior Analyst at Zyman Group and a Financial Analyst at Scientific-Atlanta. Leslie earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Emory University's Goizueta Business School between 1997 and 2001.
