Katie (Catherine) Tamarelli is a highly accomplished professional with extensive experience in transformation and strategy within financial institutions. Currently serving as Director of ICM Transformation at Citi since December 2022, Katie supports critical initiatives such as climate risk implementation. Prior to this role, Katie was Global Head of Transformation and Director of ICM Transaction Management at Strategy& from March 2020 to December 2022, where notable achievements included being awarded for exceptional virtual presence. Katie's background also includes significant positions at Fifth Third Bank and The Boston Consulting Group, where Katie led various strategic projects, including one that doubled profits at a global asset management firm without increasing headcount. Earlier roles at Goldman Sachs, GE Healthcare, and DaimlerChrysler laid a strong foundation in financial analysis, process improvement, and project management. Katie holds an MBA from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering in Computer Engineering from the same institution.
