Jeff Flynn is an experienced venture capital professional specializing in proptech, fintech, and insurtech. Currently serving as Partner at Citi Ventures since June 2022, Jeff also founded Noho Ventures, focusing on early-stage investments in similar sectors. Previously, Jeff held the position of Venture Partner at Fifth Wall and Rotor Capital, contributing to high-growth investment strategies. As Co-founder and Managing Director at Assurant Ventures from 2015 to 2020, Jeff led corporate venture capital initiatives while also being a board observer and investor in various companies. Earlier roles included managing online strategy at The Home Depot and working as an analyst in investment banking. Jeff holds an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and a BA in Philosophy from Columbia University.
