Deris Mogoi currently serves as the Human Resources Head at Citibank N.A. Kenya, having held this position since June 2020, and previously worked as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner & Generalist and Acting Human Resources Head at the same institution. Prior to joining Citibank, Deris held various roles at NCBA Group between November 2014 and June 2020, including Head of HR Shared Services & Compensation, Benefits & Analytics, where responsibilities encompassed directing compensation strategies and implementing initiatives aligned with business goals. Deris began a career at Citi in 2012 as a Credit Risk Associate before transitioning to a Human Resources Assistant role. Earlier experience includes a position as a Research Analyst at Standard Investment Bank. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics-Statistics, a Master’s Degree in Finance and Investment from the University of Nairobi, and several certifications in accounting, finance, and information technology.
