Audrey Craver is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in development, training, instructional design, and program management. Currently serving as Vice President Development and Training Lead at Citi, Audrey previously held the role of Assistant Vice President, Instructional Designer. Prior experience includes serving as a Technical Writer at HSBC and Program Manager for Technology Transfer Services, where significant achievements included designing inventory control best practices and training over 200 personnel on a Computerized Maintenance Management System. Audrey’s work as a consultant with Caterpillar involved optimizing supply chain processes and developing training materials, while experience at TBR Strategies encompassed graphic and instructional design for various training workshops and toolkits. Audrey holds an Associate’s Degree in Advertising and Graphic Design from Guilford Technical Community College.
