Ana Lesnaja, FCA, PMP, currently serves as the Citi Global Wealth, Lending EMEA Business Risks and Controls Head at Citi since October 2021. Previously, Ana held various director-level roles at UBS from 2014 to 2021, focusing on Group Treasury Business Risk Management, Conduct Risk Governance and Oversight, and Financial Control. Additionally, Ana served as Associate Director at Royal Bank of Scotland in Structured Trading Finance and held the title of Assistant Vice President in Financial Control at Barclays Capital. Ana began their career at Deloitte as an Audit Assistant Manager. Ana's educational background includes training from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, a CMI Level 5 Certificate in Management and Leadership, and a program from The Chartered Banker Institute.
