Cesar Emmanuel Cervantes Arce is an experienced professional in software development and application management, currently serving as ISC Applications Manager at Citibanamex since January 2017, where responsibilities include managing the CitiBanamexInvest application and overseeing the Accitrade investment system. Previously, Cesar held roles as ISC Senior Team Lead and Software Programmer within Citibanamex, contributing to web application development and the reengineering of the AcciTrade transaction portal.
