Alesha W. has extensive experience in program management and education, currently serving as the Education Programs Manager for CITE California IT in Education since October 2024. Previously, Alesha held the position of Program Manager for Internship and Outreach at EXP from August 2023 to October 2024. Alesha's background includes significant roles at The Bail Project, where Alesha was both HR Manager and Volunteer Coordinator from September 2020 to February 2023, and at United Friends of the Children as Senior Experiential Learning Coordinator and College Readiness Counselor from August 2017 to September 2020. Alesha also has experience as Site Coordinator for Reading Partners from August 2016 to July 2017, as College Access Coordinator at Drexel University from July 2015 to June 2016, and as Program Facilitator Intern at Girls Inc. in late 2014. Alesha earned a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Temple University between 2012 and 2015, with prior education at Hofstra University in 2011-2012.
