Victoria Gavrilina, FRM, currently serves as the Head of Capital Management at The Citco Group Limited since November 2016, with previous experience as a Senior Associate in the same department. Prior to this role, Victoria was employed at URALSIB Bank from September 2014 to November 2016 as Deputy Head of the Basel project, overseeing the implementation of Basel II. Victoria's career also includes a position as a Senior Consultant at Ernst & Young, where work focused on analyzing risk management systems for several banks against Basel II/III requirements. Earlier experience at Bank ZENIT included roles as Chief Economist in the Operational Risk Division, contributing to the development of operational risk management systems and business continuity plans. Victoria's career began with an internship at PLC Investsocbank as an Assistant Financial Analyst. A graduate of Moscow University of Industry and Finance, Victoria holds a Specialist degree in Financial Analysis.
