NikhiL Shukre is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and project management within the financial services sector. Currently serving as Senior Vice President Operations at The Citco Group Limited since July 2020, NikhiL previously held the role of Vice President-Operations in the Hedge Funds division. Prior to this, NikhiL contributed significantly to BNY Mellon International Operations (India) Private Ltd. from August 2013 to June 2020, initially as Project Manager for Client Experience & On-Boarding and later as Assistant Manager-Operations in Accounting, leading large teams and managing complex processes. Earlier experience includes a role as Team Manager-Operations at CAPITA INDIA PVT LTD and as Team Leader-Operations at BNY Mellon. NikhiL holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Project Management from MIT School of Business and a Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Banking and Finance from Brihans Maharashtra College of Commerce.
