Kim Kearney is an experienced finance professional currently serving as Vice President of Loan Services at The Citco Group Limited since October 2020, specializing in bank debt, direct lending, and private debt facilities, and overseeing client integration and on-boarding. Prior to this role, Kim held the position of Director of Loan Servicing at RAIT Financial Trust from December 2007 to December 2019, managing a loan portfolio exceeding $2 billion and ensuring timely collection of payments to Trustees. Kim's career began at Capmark, where from June 1999 to February 2007, Kim served as Assistant Vice President, responsible for managing banking relationships and reporting metrics to senior management. Kim Kearney holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Peirce College, obtained between 2005 and 2010.
