David Lane is an experienced marketing and sales professional with a strong background in management and operations. Currently serving as Marketing Manager and VP of Retail Sales at Citizens Bank since February 2018, David Lane previously held the position of Sales Manager at CarMax from November 2015 to February 2018, where responsibility included overseeing a large team of commissioned sales associates and developing their skills. Prior to that, David Lane worked at Bank of America from August 2007 to November 2015 as Assistant Vice President and Financial Center Manager II, leading a business unit in sales, service, and operations. David Lane earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management and Information Systems from East Tennessee State University between 1998 and 2003.
