Richie Everitt

Standards Developer at CITB

Richie Everitt has diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Richie started their career at Splice in 2008 as a Runner. In 2004, they joined Halfords as an Audio/Parts Sales Advisor and later became an Audio Sales Advisor. At CITB, Richie worked in various roles, including Customer Co-Ordinator, Customer Services Team Leader (Levy and Grant), and Quality and Systems Coach (CSCS). In these roles, they provided customer support, handled applications, managed accounts, and facilitated training. Richie also worked as a Regional Property Manager at Pillow Property Partners. In their most recent role at Nuffield Health, they served as the Bookings Team Leader, overseeing bookings administration and training new staff. Currently, they work at CITB as a Standards Developer, collaborating with stakeholders to develop and maintain occupational and training standards.

Richie Everitt completed a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Digital, Film & Video from London South Bank University. Prior to that, they obtained a BTEC National Diploma in Media Production from the College of West Anglia. Their secondary education was at The Park High School, where they received a GCSE qualification in subjects including English, Maths, Media, Science, Spanish, Electronics, and Art.

In addition to their formal education, Richie Everitt has also earned several certifications. These include an Excel Intermediate certification from Jarrold Training obtained in May 2023, a Fundamentals Qualification in Project Management from the Association for Project Management obtained in March 2023, a Project Management certification from CITB obtained in February 2023, a Proofreading certification from Media Training Ltd obtained in December 2022, and The Fundamentals of Digital Marketing certification from Google Digital Garage obtained in July 2020.

Furthermore, Richie Everitt has acquired certifications such as Coaching Skills for Managers from ConsultEast obtained in May 2018, Effective Presentation Skills from CITB obtained in March 2018, Conflict Management from CITB obtained in March 2017, Communications Professional Qualification from The Institute of Customer Service obtained in May 2016, and Impact and Influencing from CITB obtained in September 2014.
