Kelly Britton-Hawes has work experience with CITB as a Customer Engagement Manager for the North East, Yorkshire & Humber region since July 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Tees Valley Combined Authority from May 2014 to July 2023. During their time there, their roles included Education Manager from January 2018 to July 2023, Careers Education Lead in January 2018, and Careers & Skills Officer from May 2014 to January 2018.

Kelly Britton-Hawes completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology from Teesside University between 2004 and 2007. Following that, they pursued their postgraduate studies at the University of Sunderland from 2009 to 2011, where they obtained a PGCE PCET degree in Education.
